Weekly Product Update: June 19, 2025
Canned Responses on mobile, a new customizable revenue filter, and fixes to booking channels and CRM — Enso Connect product updates for the week of June 15, 2025.

Here are the product updates shipped by the Enso Connect engineering team during the week of June 15, 2025. This week\’s releases bring mobile support for Canned Responses, a redesigned revenue filter, and a set of fixes across the CRM, campaigns, booking channels, and dashboard.
Canned Responses Now Available on Mobile
Canned Responses — pre-written message templates for the Inbox — are now available to select customers on both desktop and mobile. This release adds full mobile support on the new Inbox, making it easy for hosts and teams to send consistent, on-brand replies from any device.
The underlying implementation was also rebuilt from the ground up, delivering improved text replacement accuracy across all messaging channels. As part of this update, the default open behavior for WhatsApp templates has been disabled to give users more intentional control over when templates are applied.
Redesigned Revenue Filter for Guest Spend and Upsell Data
The money spent by guest and total upsell revenue filters have been redesigned. The previous version used fixed range chips (for example, “100–200”), which were inflexible and did not always work correctly. The new design replaces these with a customizable range input, letting users define the exact thresholds they want to filter by. This update applies to the analytics and reporting views where guest spend and upsell revenue data is surfaced.
Booking Channels, CRM, Campaigns, and Dashboard Fixes
Several reliability and UX issues were resolved in this release:
The booking channels filter now correctly shows all available channels. Previously, some channels were being omitted, limiting the usefulness of the filter.
Sorting and click interactions in the CRM, campaigns, and dashboard views have been corrected. Users were experiencing inconsistent behavior when sorting tables or clicking into records, which has now been stabilized.
